Every program is designed with your specific goals & body shape in mind. Along with your personal training sessions, you receive a customized training guide & meal plan, bi-weekly progress assessment, ongoing updates to your program and unlimited guidance and support for increased success!
Full Payment Plan 1 session per week - $240/month ($60/session) 2 session per week - $440/month ($55/session) 3 sessions per week - $600/month ($50/session) (Applicable taxes not included)
Personal Training offered at The Weighting Room 10 Henderson Avenue, Brampton, Ontario Training at your home/condo available at different rates. Please inquire.
