Which body shape are you?
Diamond Shape. Your shoulders are your broadest point. Your waist and hips are narrower and similar in size.
Pear Shape. Your hips are your widest point. Your shoulders and waistline are similar in size.
Apple Shape. Your waistline is your widest point. Your legs are lean.
Straight Shape. Your shoulders, waistline and hips are relatively similar in width.
Hourglass Shape. Your shoulders and hips are fairly balanced. Your waistline is the narrowest point.
