Most women who come through the program and see results DO NOT train on their own outside of class. However, this body shaping program offers you training plans SPECIFIC to YOUR body shape that you can follow should you choose to work out on your own! Choose from gym or at-home workout plans to help you further develop your shape!
With support from your Coach and other Women in the program, you can increase your results by tracking your customized diet and sharing your progress online!
